1. Change of Mind

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds if you change your mind or if you no longer want the product. We kindly ask our customers to review their selections carefully before completing their purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you discover that your jewelry has arrived damaged or defective due to transit, we are here to help resolve it right away. You must report the issue within 3 days of receiving your package by following these steps:

  •  Step 1: Contact Support: Reach out to our team within the 3-day window via shop.gildedlady@gmail.com with your name and order number or DM us on Instagram @_gilded.lady_ .
  •  Step 2: Provide Video Proof: You must attach a continuous, unedited unboxing video starting from the completely sealed package until the damage is clearly shown.
  •  Step 3: Return Authorization: We will review the video. If approved, we will provide you with official authorization to return the item.

3. Refunds & Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your remedy within 2-3 business days:

Refunds: We will initiate your refund to the original payment method as soon as the inspection is complete. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Non-Eligible Items (Strict Exclusions)

The following items are completely ineligible for returns or replacements:

  •  Misuse & Improper Care: Any jewelry damaged due to negligence, improper storage, or failure to follow standard anti-tarnish care guidelines (e.g., exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, or rough handling).
